Our Story
Green House Rolls opened its doors on East 9th Street with a simple conviction: Trenton deserves a café and bar that takes its craft seriously without taking itself too seriously. We source local ingredients, train our team to care about the details, and build a space where the lighting is right, the music is just loud enough, and you never feel rushed to leave.
